....I get a lot of this business. this is my TCP dump

Is there anything I should know about this? or should i just ignore it.
I have a firewall and a router with NAT and a block WAN request feature.
I know just enough to be a bit worried but not enough to know what to do. I have a COX cable connection..(the chatter on my modem never quits.... my machine doesn't reply most of the time) but why does my modem constantly flicker like a christmans tree...even when my machine is off?
