| This is why I have stayed w/ Vonage I may pay $20 more but I have never had to call tech support yet and I have had the service for over a year. My roomate and I tested packet 8/FWD/ Vonage at the same time and Packet 8 had issues then. Not being able to reach tech support for that long is a big issue. They should have at least a website that you can report an outage or a number you can call. Maybe a back office support team that looks for network issues based upon the reports.
YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR.
PACKET 8 IS EL CHEAPO SERVICE!!!!!!

Homestead, FL | My Packet 8 is not working NO out calls :( Anyone is having problems making a call with Packet8??? I get calls but no out calls with in my area code and even to other Packet8 numbers. |
