I think Capitol punishment would be fitting for Spyware/adware/virus, creators. Sure, it sounds extreme. But, when you really think about it who will miss them? (anyone who says they will miss them will also be shot as a traitor) Additionally think about all the natural resources we'll be saving. Conserving on the fuel, water, electricity, etc. that they would otherwise be using in their daily lives.
