Re: Online ads get in your face It is great to see the veterans around here are well protected and didn't get mugged (I can think of better more descriptive words, but this is a family site ) by these aggressive marketing sites.
One thing that amazes me is the person that wrote the article didn't once mention how easy it is to disable these pop-ups/multiple windows. It is like a a newspaper publishing a story about a new disease and not providing any information how to prevent getting it. I suspect the writer belongs to a website that uses the same aggressive marketing tools and he/she didn't want to get slapped on the wrists, or the editors didn't allow it. |
