| Privacy Issue? Has anyone ever gotten someone else's tickets in their 'My Stuff' tab in the customer portal? I just got some lady from the other side of the nation's name, address, phone number, email, and her newly created email address and password. *cue twilight zone music* Just curious if I can expect to have my info fumbled like so..  |
| I've not gotten such with megapath.
But when i had Bellsouth DSL service, i got someones sign on information sent to my email. Very sensitive information i might add. Just about the same content as you got.
Upon contacting Bellsouth over this issue i was first treated indifferently, when i made a stink they wanted to act like i had done something wrong to gain this information. In the end all i can say is Bellsouth wasn't very interested in the fact that they sent me someone elses "private information".
I had my own thoughts on contacting the person whos info i had recieved, and let it be their problem, but since i was moving and ending my service with BS, i just let it go. |
