| Contract It takes a one year contract to get the 26 dollar per month connection. That's good for new customers but I've had SBC DSL four years, so I'm not eligible. After one year, the price goes up to normal pricing which is what I'm paying... 39.99 a month. Even at my price, I'm not complaining.

You know you can always renew your contract, you dont have to be a new customer to get lower prices. |

How exactly do you go about renewing your contract? My 1st-year SBC DSL is about to expire (June), and my monthly bill will go from $29.99/mo to $39.99/mo (regular pricing.) |

Just call and tell them you want to re-rate your current service to the new rates. Don't have to wait for your contract to end. I did 5 times since I had dsl broadband, 2 1/2 years. I had the basic package first $35, then deluxe came out and got that $45, then expert+ @ $99/month came out and I got that and now I have expert+ @ $44.99 grand fathered. I like high speeds  SBC is not Comcrust. They care about their customers. All of the pricing above are the old prices I've gone through. Not current. |
