Uhh, wrong.
If you move and transfer your DSL, your contract continues. If you move to an area with no DSL, it's STILL not breaking your contract as long as you keep SBC phone service. |

Dunnellon, FL | You also do have the option of not signing up for a one year contract. But then you pay the monthly "out of contract" rate. So it is totally your decision.
