How exactly do you go about renewing your contract? My 1st-year SBC DSL is about to expire (June), and my monthly bill will go from $29.99/mo to $39.99/mo (regular pricing.)

Just call and tell them you want to re-rate your current service to the new rates. Don't have to wait for your contract to end. I did 5 times since I had dsl broadband, 2 1/2 years. I had the basic package first $35, then deluxe came out and got that $45, then expert+ @ $99/month came out and I got that and now I have expert+ @ $44.99 grand fathered. I like high speeds SBC is not Comcrust. They care about their customers. All of the pricing above are the old prices I've gone through. Not current.
