you actually noice a 39kbps difference? 
speeds seem slow as always over here 1200~1300
depends on what server you are d/ling from, network congestion, time of day, alignment of the planets, etc

I've seen a slight drop off of 25-30 kbit, but I attribute that to switching service from one line to another. |
