Link Logger : We need at least destination ports to be able to get some idea as to what the traffic is. For example every user on the internet is likely to see around a 100 scans/attacks an hour. While these are easily defeated with a firewall (everyone on the planet should be running a firewall anymore), but it should give you an idea as to the amount of junk going on out there.

Blake
--
Vendor: Firewall Logging Software »www.SonicLogger.com - SonicWall and 3Com »www.LinkLogger.com - Linksys, Netgear and Zyxel

anon : Hey! Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure if it's being dropped or not. The log never reports if it's being dropped. I get them constantly, filling up my log everyday. Is this a common entry with any router log?

anon : I have a Gigafast router. Randomly I check the log file to see what's going on. I always see "Unknow Incoming Packet on TCP" also on UDP. I have my dmz on a non-existent ip. So, what is that unknown incoming packet?
