I am getting quotes from different local providers and have been verified as being able to receive the 3Mb service from HellSouth's copper. It really sucks when you are ignored as a client. A company that can't keep employees and doesn't keep it's customers in the loop is a company that is in trouble. |

To be fair to DSLi, they do require a special hookup with BS before the new speeds can be offered. However, I'm surprised they haven't given you at least a date. |

 | reply to FLECOM Netrox also has some awesome mail and news services. The Postini spam/virus filter is just amazing. They also use the same news company giganews but with no quotas. |

B330230 join:2001-04-22 Hollywood, FL | reply to FLECOM Thanks for the suggestions about Netrox. I went to the page and was all excited about the SOHO 3000 service because it said 59.95 and then had the 10.00 option for 8 static IPs. So that is the price I pay now for 5 IPs at 1.5Mbps. I printed this out and then called Netrox and the sales guy I got tells me "No...the website isn't up to date". I'm sorry, but the 3000 option wasn't even there a week ago. Then he says it's 84.95 + 10 for 5 usable IPs. They have a promotion for only the 1st 3 months at 54.95 with a 12 month contract. Always makes one feel ready to fork over cash to small companies that can't even keep their info and stories straight. |

 | reply to FLECOM That doesn't sound right. You might want to ask for clarification in the netrox forum or email the owner at alex@netrox.net |
