perryjayOne of the TenPremium join:2002-01-25 Daytona Beach, FL 1 edit | Who are the lucky ones?? The following is part of an email I received from Snappy in answer to my query..
"3M x 384k is currently available in our local region. If you are located in our extended region, availability of the 3M x 384k is TBD (we are planning for 30 - 90 days). You are in our local region if the area code of the DSL line is one of the following: 305, 561, 754, 772, 786, 954"
I'm in the 386 area code. Wonder how long I will have to wait.:( |

There must be some hardware changes required for ISPs. Perhaps how they connect to the BBG (just a guess). |

Actually, I really don't qualify (just barely made it -:)), neither do most of the other techs here.... (tough to move the houses closer to the CO ) |

perryjayOne of the TenPremium join:2002-01-25 Daytona Beach, FL | :D Heehee lucky:D I'm only a little less than 8000 feet from my CO and I think I'm on an RT so I shouldn't have a problem when you finally get the service up here. My lines are handling the 1.5 with no problem. Got new copper both in the house and to the house. |
