| Up with 768/768 SDSL, but it only runs at 250/450 We had 144/144 IDSL from Megapath for 2 years, with no problems.
It always tested at least 112/120, 120/120 being the highest.
Thats pretty consistent, but we just got a new circuit for 768/768, its been up 2 days but only tests (here) at 235/450.
Our down speed is around 35kbps, basically double our previous 144 service.
So our line has doubled, but we're paying for triple. I expected it to be around 550/550, any more would have been a bonus.
But I dont know what the best thing to do now.
Megapath forwarded me a link and an application, with instructions, to do a private speed test.
But that shouldnt matter
If our 144 service was always at 120/120, then our 768 service should be at least 500/500, shouldnt it?:(
