Quickest fix. Plug it in, shove a phone into line 2, check for dial tone.....should be good to go. Just make sure you are using four wire cord.

Miami, FL		 The line swapper worked. The Westell is up and running. Thanks for all the help. This may have taken weeks through Bell South support. By the way, prior to posting here, my streak of disconnects while holding for support was up to 5.
