the card has hardware MPEG-2 codec onboard (CBR or VBR from 0.25 to 15 Mbps)

the card comes with Windows XP drivers (it is also supported by XP MCE)

how about $60 shipped?

this card came out of HP Media Center PC.
For extra $30 I will include Sony IR remote control/IR blaster
it is MS eHome compatible (natively supported in WinXP/MCE)

the card came out of HP Media Center PC. I will provide links to the drivers and Emuzed MovieMill 2.0 software (I can burn these onto CD if needed).
