Makes me wonder if RR has been nuilding this up for a while. Their speed rating numbers for the Phoenix and San Diego area had been abnormally higher than avergae for quite a while before the announcement.
Huh? Phoenix & San Diego are CoxHSI territory - and rest assured not enjoying any panacea of connectivity.

There are also quite a few other companies operating cable networks with higher bandwidth (OOL for example). Hopefully this forces the rest of the cable operators to take notice.

Man, and as soon as other cable and DSL companies start moving and start rolling out 6M service it'll take Charter 1-2 years to catch up Always one step behind the competition.
