| reply to rwhubert Re: Unlimited = "Lie"
said by rwhubert : Unlimited means "without limit," or "unbounded." There is no ambiguity in the word "unlimited." Therefore, if AT&T labels a plan as Unlimited, they cannot, by definition, place any limits on it. If they do, then they are guilty of false advertising and should be called on it. This is really straight forward. Either it is unlimited, or it is not unlimited. Period. End of discussion. So, somebody sue them!
This is a left over from the olden days when AOL and Compuserve served by hour. When they say "Unlimited" they can weasel out of it in the courts by saying "No, No, We meant hourly charges!" |
