I would gladly switch back if they offered 1.5/384 for a competitive price. However, if we're talking the old business package (which I had in CT), it was $89 per month, and there was no "residential" tier with anything higher than 128kbps upload.

| Since you brought it up, VOL should start upgrading this package to 3,000/384. Compared to the rest of the industry the price they charge for this tier is a rip-off. There aren't a heck of a lot of customers who opt for this package. It might be a good place to start line upgrades.
