The 384Kbps Upload is what the power users are "really" clamoring for -- I wouldn't shed a tear if 1.5Mbps remains the max download rate -- it would still blow away cable.

Exactly how does this blow away cable?
I have 4Mbps/512Kbps service for about $40.00/month (bundled price). Speeds don't change anytime during the day. No caps. 3 different IPs can be pulled simultaneously.
How is DSL better? |

Blanket statements are always confusing, since it seems that there's no consistency regarding service provided by the various internet providers. |
