Well, how about this- why don't they silently upgrade everyone who in the 12k-18k to 1.5/384. Why should you have to call in and ask for the upgrade?(Like the MSN for prior customers, they could have just sent out the CD's) Then next month state in that little service bulletin update (in your bill) say "Have you noticed a speed upgrade lately?" in our ongoing efforts to improve dsl value we're upgrading our lines to increase the speeds you receive. We expect to install new equipment that will make your service faster still, please be patient. Stay tuned for more updates.
