The price for this 1.5Mbps/384Kbps service will remain the same as the current 1.5Mbps/128Kbps service -- $34.95 a month for stand-alone service or $29.95 a month when purchased as part of a package of local and long-distance calling services."

That reference to three miles is just part of the company/service description put at the end of news releases, and probably isn't anything specifically related to the release itself. |

Now all we need to do is find out if there is any action users need to take to get the 1.5/384 or if the circuits will be automatically reporvisioned at those speeds. |

I'd consider signing over my firstborn for that... which should tell you how likely I think it is. hehe. I'm going to take a wild guess, based only on the fact that upstream always seems to cost a lot more than downstream, coupled with the fact that this is supposed to be a residential offering... and try to shoot for a nice round number... so; $100 is what I'm going to shoot for. I would seriously consider it myself for around that.
