When I got Vonage, I was choosing between Vonage and Packet 8.
I saw Packet 8's prices, and they looked alluring, but Vonage just seemed more professional, and I'm glad I made the right decision.

BroadVoice is one good example. Called them today, and the customer service rep, answered at the 2nd ring ! I don't want to talk bad about P8, but this is not good for them. |
