I have to agree with Anubis however I do like Ra better

The fact you can't call them on a Saturday is not good!

It seems all the work at P8 gets done over the weekend, when nobody is there to answer the phone when something breaks.

This includes the billing blunder 2 weeks ago that happened on Friday however was reversed on Saturday when they just disconnected everyone who's credit card declined (Or some that just errored)
