| reply to Bob Carrick Re: Question about connecting to a router
Ok here is the story. I used to just "dial-up" normally through XP until someone told me I should be doing it through my router, so I set the router to connect to sympatico, and it worked!
At least for me. But the other computers on the network could not use the net, so I reverted back to "dialing up" through XP but now I cannot get to the routers web-based options.
So I have two questions:
1. how do I connect to my router's (DI-704P) Web-based options again?
2. How do I make the routers PPPoE work for everyone?
Thanks in advance for all the help. |

| You set all PCs connected to the router to Obtain an IP automatically, reboot them while connected to the router and away you go. -- Bob -»www.carricksolutions.com - PPPoE Consulting & Help |
