The same registry values keep showing up on my ad-aware scans. The comments for them are "StashedGEF", "StashedGMG", and "StashedGMI" respectively. Is this something that I need to repair?

Sounds like that may be remnants of Gator/Claria. Has Ad-Aware removed Claria from your machine in the past?
