Seems like we both have the exact same problem.
This problem should be released as a news problem on the frontpage of this site as an issue with Verizon. Everyone try to mark this as a news-worthy topic, we must let everyone know about this issue.

For as long as i can remember i was at 12000. Yesterday i called VOL twice and they both said two different numbers. One said 14k and one said 16k. Thats kinda crazy...
