They'll drop bundled phone service and raise rates. Ohio customers will be especially hit since they are required to use 2 providers for DSL. and outside ISP and VZ for the DSL Signal to the CO.

Although if prices go up outside ISPs may have an advantage of signing up more customers if Wholesale Prices do not go up as well.
