try this one, jus moved form waukegan to Elgin. AT&T says there is no problem with the cable modem that we have, there is a node at the address we are moving to. well guess what we move in onmly to find out there is no node, never has been, and wont be for at least a year. why cant they just tell us the truth, I would have came back to them after the year was up but now i just dont know....
