Cisco 678 question

Can someone tell me what the lights should look like on a 678 after it has trained?

Here is what I am seeing-
LAN light (solid)
LAN Act (occasional flash)
WAN light (not solid- occassional flash)
WAN Act (occassional flash)

Sometimes both WAN lights go out together. As you would suspect I am getting intermittent connectivity. I think the WAN should be solid always. Is this true? TIA
