I've been wondering the same thing since I cannot get any info out of Verizon tele-care (care?) or their website. The one rep I spoke to by telephone was curt, proud, & clueless on the topic then forwarded me into their circular blackhole of comp-prompt hell. Prolly wait until the dust settles and try again, but really I'd rather buy from a re-seller with, like ya know, humans on staff? Remember those? |

Has anyone figgured out how to order it at their home? I have Ztel on one line, and the VZ ordering page tells me I can't get it...but at the same house on a VZ line they have no problem... |
