I live in Roger's Park (north side of Chicago just south of Evanston). Can I get the 6200 here? I called Comcast and they sent a repair tech out without a box, thinking that I just didn't like my box. They're coming back Tuesday and put a note that I want the 6200, but will they be able to find one in the warehouse if they try???

The DVR is available in Chicago. It is currently only available in some sections of the region(substantial sections). What town is the request for? I will then tell you how to get the unit.
