3381-ENT router

I was thinking about purchasing this router because of support of PPPoA. I have Covad DSL and even though I can connect now with my present (MN100) router with PPPoE my mtu gets set to 1412. I'd like any feedback on this router and if it has a web interface or is it command line to configure it? I can't seem to find any online instructions for this router to see what's involved with setting it up.
