i have pretty consistent speeds close to 3000/256. Actually usually closer to 3200/243. When I had aDSL I only got 1100/102 when advertised was 1500/128. -- Formerly Innobabe79 |

That is, as you may know, merely a capacity problem in your immediate neighborhood. Comcrap can & will deploy more capacity if users in your region complain. Start complaining. Thoughput depressions like the one you describe are often caused by a small number (2-10) of identifiable users (read: neighbors) who are file trading. |
