the -ENT series is closer to the R-series netopia routers, so your other thread may provide the anwser.

I'm running the latest 8.3.3r0. I looked in both the firmware and cli manuals and didn't see any references to MTU. |

well, if you change it on your machines you should be fine. the router is not going to add anything other than ppoe overhead to the packet size, so just keep your MTU on the machines set correctly.
