[DSL] Aol Broadband And ICS

Ok, im on Aol Broadband with a Bt Voyager Adsl Usb Modem, ive got a Nic card installed on my Win 98Se comp, ive tried installing ICS but it detects the NIC, but not my modem/aol broadband connection. it only shows a dial up adapter.

Anyways to troubleshoot this?
