I've been seeing the same problem for a few weeks now. My modem stays all lights on, but I lose the I'net Conn. icon in the system tray and the only way to get it back is to power down the modem. I may keep my eyes open for another modem at Staples, any suggestions or things to beware of? I'm currently using a 5262 Extended Reach version through a Linksys BEFSX41 Cable\DSL Firewall Router. Any help is appreciated. Should I request help in the SBCDirect tech forum? |
