Alas, I have tried a similar config, trying to use the dling as an AP/Switch, to no avail. DLink says it works, and a lot of good people here have offered some great ideas, but I haven't gotten it to work.
My config is different, I have two 624's, one used as a normal router, and the other as the AP/Switch. It seems to work for a while, usuall for an hour or so then craps out...no wireless connectivity.
You config is a bit different and you might try turning OFF DHCP on your 624. You might have two DHCP servers on your subnet, which could cause probs. |
