Yes, you are right. It really is amazing how something like this can snowball. I, too, would like to offer my appreciation to all the members who donated.
I found another amazing example of how small contributions can help. Amazon (among other companies), on their front page, has linked to The American Red Cross for donations in helping with the tsunami victims. Initially, when I donated last week, the total was around $4,000,000. Today, when I checked, the total was up to an amazing $13,600,000. |
