Should DNS relay be turned on or off? I still cannot get this to work! Also, when you use a made up WAN static IP, it asks for DNS IP,etc. Do you just make these up too?

@cols.net | Don't use the WAN port, and make up an static IP for your WAN port that you know that you will never need/use.
Once you do that, I just turned on ICS on my WinXP computer and it's handing out IP's to everyone, wired or not.
