[Help Me] Good signal strength but unable to use internet

I have a di-624. The Lan connection works just fine. I have a wireless notebook that I tried to hook up to the wireless network. I get an excellent signal but everytime I tried to use the internet with any browser, it doesn't work. I know my wireless notebook works because I can get onto a linksys wireless net. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with the Indian tech guy who can't get it to work. Any ideas?
