| Long wait for reply to support mail
Outage started Wednesday 1400 hours. Mail sent to support in wee wee hours of Thursday morning after I realized it wasn't going to fix itself soon.
First reply to mail recieved during Friday which gave me the email of "a top guy who works in the NOC". I don't know why the system is set up that the people replying to your support mails don't immediately get you a technician assigned but maybe that's because they are supposed to be technicians but aren't really sufficiently trained or experienced for hard trouble-shooting.
I digress.
Recieved mail back from "top guy in NOC" indicating a tech would be assigned to my problem. Still waiting for that to actually happen.
