Yes, your company will be held liable since they are provided with the IP.. then I am sure once they get a notice they will try to find out who was downloading what and when...

BTW, where do you work? Never knew of any company that allowed its employees to download anything onto thier computers.

Where do you think all the people with the lightning fast T1 connections are? I don't know anyone who has $3000 to burn every month just for broadband.
