| The replacement isn't as easy as they say.
Well, I have a nx7000 notebook, and I ran the software which said I have two defective modules. HP sent me the two modules, but I only have one slot accessable by me. I replaced that module, and the software says I still have one of the effected modules in my computer. Sigh.
I'm on the phone with HP now. They say the other module is not user replaceable so I have to ship the laptop back to HP. I guess I won't get my free USB memory thingee.
I hope this doesn't happen to the other 900,000 laptops effected. |
