Bell Canada also runs their own 802.11b Wi-Fi access hotspots in Canadian cities (called Access Zone and Zone D'Acces), including roaming hotspots on VIA Rail trains along the Montreal-Toronto corridor.

This speedstream gateway can this on be obtained stateside
and configured for Qwest.
