| reply to EgerToMveOn Re: Norvergence Customers Uniting?
I also will consider joining a class action lawsuit to cancel this contract and equipment lease. I'm not paying for any of this mess. I have never been connected or ported, we have never received the correct cell phones, Customer "Service" has been absolutely horrible, NV just filed bankruptcy and the leasing company wants me to start paying anyway!! How do we reach each other to collect and compare information? Taken2 - PHX, AZ |

| reply to PGIPappy I have spoken to lawyers in all the old Norvergence states and have concrete plans on getting out of the leases. These lawyers go by state and consort with other lawyers in the other Norvergence states for tips and information. Contact: norvlease_666@yahoo.com. Its worked for me and the response off the loop are getting somewhere. |

| reply to PGIPappy We are ready and eager to file a class action against Preferred Capital Leasing and/or Norvergence. Prefered Capital expects us to pay for the full leasing term for the "Matrix" box. Norvergence owes us for all our cell phone early terminations, not to mention days without any service. |

| reply to D Ross We were also scammed by norvergence and I would definately like to know how to go about getting out of this lease leagally. It's just not fair having to pay for something that you cannot use. I'm looking at the invoice from Popular leasing and i am absolutely ill. Our service was also disrupted and completely shut down. How in the world can these people expect us to pay. This is really ridiculous. |
