I wonder where in Alpharetta...that's a lot closer for me than Duluth. (I live in Sandy Springs) I haven't noticed any new large buildings around North Point etc. lately...

I will make a trip just to see what all the fuss is about.:) It would be interesting to see the "Gone With the Wind" Frys. I am atleast 30 minutes south of Atlanta, not with traffic mind you.
