May never go back to IE for regular use

Although I like IE, with all the exploits recently (and over the years) I think I may be fully committed to FireFox / Mozilla.

I use the web so much, especially cause I'm a shop-a-holic and the last thing I need is my personal info exploited.

At sites you regularly shop, do you have the site remember your credit card information for faster checkout? If you do, and that site is compromised, your credit card info also could be.

Good advice, but to add another warning: Site logs / transaction logs could hold a history of customer info, so even if u don't store such info it still may be retrievable.

I do have some sites retain my info, or I use Yahoo Wallet. Watch...Yahoo Wallet will be compromised next.
