Having an outage has some good points. This one got me in contact with ElnkShaun  . I think she called me 7 times in 2 days with updates and unsnarled things before they developed.
(psssst... I meant it... I owe you a kiss...;))
I can't say I've had the privilege of talking with every Earthlink rep here but I get the feeling if I do I'll find they're all just as super. They're batting 100%!
