Wow. That article link at the bottom made me laugh. Worth the entertainment if you've got 3 minutes leisure. Kudos to sybille  for his frenchy civic tolerance to Monica. (Ya think Dell assigned her that name or let her select it from a pre-approved list?)
It only just occurred to me, but the suffering of the common man caused by outsourcing doesn't end with US job loss in the company's home country/state/county whatever: it also means some trying-like-hell Monica scooped off the street by less-than-charming labor contractors has to lurch forth with the appearances of a qualified corporate rep but utterly unsupported. That's gotta be fun, eh? |
