Asheville, NC | As a user of Wordpress, I would have to highly recommend it too.
I tried about 4 or 5 other blogging tools before settling on Wordpress, and none of them had the features, ease-of-use, or customizability. Wordpress has them all. Plus, it generates valid XHTML.
